i took a long
road in the rains
under the shade of my 
umbrella,
in refuge of the words 
of a song ringing softly in 
my ears....
i followed the caravan of 
wet pebbles and grasses 
leading me to nowhere
but it recorded my walk
on the swollen mud paths
......i wish another spell of 
      rains don't wash away 
      the memories stored 
      in my footmarks!!!

        कि वक़्त कम है 
        जीने का 


देखो !!
         कि ख़त्म हो रही 
         है सुन्दरता 


चलो !!
         कि बढ़ रहीं है 
         दूरियां 


संभलो !! 
            कि हर डगर पे 
            लगे हैं गति-रोधक 


छू लो !!
           कि सुना है तारे 
           ढूंढ रहे है नया असमान 


थाम लो !!
               कि रिश्तों में 
               आ रही है खटास 


ढूंढ लो !!
             कि कल शायद 
             न मिले कोई एहसास।.......
